MIXING / FILLING Automated filling lines are designed to handle a wide variety of products including liquids, creams, pastes and powders. Depending on the type of product needed, we will either fill it on one of our existing lines, or fabricate a line custom fit to a product when the volume warrants it.

Containers range from 1 oz. in size up to 55 gallon drums. A wide variety of containers can be filled such as bottles, cans, tubes, plastic pouches and others. Each line has automatic batch coding which allows us to reference when a batch was made and refer to retained samples should one be needed. Innovate also provides filling for pharmaceutical products

Manufacturing includes silk-screening and/or applying labels or finishing procedures to the bottles. Our many sophisticated filling lines also apply a wide variety of labeling and sealing options including pressure sensitive labels, paper labels, foil seals, and container coding are some features available. Innovative also offers complete in-house graphics services.
